When answering these questions please be totally honest with your own life. This is not a test and is not scored as a test. The closer you are too answering the following questions about your life in an appropriate manner, the better you will be able to ascertain your gifting. Please do not ask anyone for assistance with this, as this is how you feel your life is at this time. This questionnaire should be completed once per year, as your gifting and maturity level will change. After you have completed these questions please add the point value from 0-4 for each question, add them up for each line and enter it under the TOTAL column (four questions per line). Also, after completion contact the person who handed you the test to arrange for a meeting to discuss your Gifts of Ministry profile.
